AIOmni ("AIOmni," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by AIOmni LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information the AIOmni mobile app and website (the "Service") collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
The short version: We collect only what's needed to run the app. We don't sell your data, don't track you across other apps or websites, and never use your conversations to train AI models. You can delete your account and data at any time.
We collect the following categories of data, all of it to provide the Service you ask for:

| Account & user ID | A unique account identifier (Supabase auth UUID) tied to the data you create, so we can sync your leagues and enforce your plan's prompt quota. |
| Fantasy-platform credentials | To read your leagues, we store what each platform requires: your Sleeper username; ESPN session cookies (espn_s2/SWID); Yahoo OAuth tokens; and MFL / Fleaflicker league identifiers. OAuth tokens and ESPN cookies are stored in your device's secure keychain. |
| Your prompts & questions | The text you type to the AI Coach and Trade Analyzer is processed to generate a response (see AI processing). |
| Uploaded screenshots | If you upload a trade or draft-board screenshot, the image is sent to our AI provider to read the players in it, then used to generate your analysis. We do not store the image after processing. |
| Push token | If you enable notifications, we store your Expo/device push token to deliver player-news, lineup, and Pulse alerts. |
| Usage data | Aggregate counts such as how many prompts you've used this week and when your leagues last synced — used to enforce quotas and measure feature engagement. |

We do not collect your location, health data, contacts, browsing history, or advertising identifiers (IDFA). We do not use any advertising SDKs.
AIOmni's coaching features are powered by Anthropic's Claude models. When you ask a question or upload a screenshot, your input — enriched with your league settings, roster, and public data such as injury reports — is sent to Anthropic to generate a response. Your prompts and conversations are never used to train Claude or any other AI model, by us or by Anthropic. AI-generated output can be inaccurate; see our Terms of Service for important disclaimers about relying on it.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers ("subprocessors") that help us operate the Service, each bound to protect it:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the public. If AIOmni is involved in a merger or acquisition, data may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
Subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store and processed by Apple via StoreKit, with entitlements managed by RevenueCat. AIOmni never receives or stores your payment-card details — that information goes to Apple. We receive only the purchase/receipt data needed to unlock your plan.
AIOmni does not track you. We do not link your data with data from other companies' apps or websites for advertising, we do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), and we do not share data with advertising networks or data brokers. Because we don't track, the app does not show an App Tracking Transparency prompt.
No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app via Settings → Account → Delete. When you do, your league connections, roster history, Season Memory, and AI conversation logs are permanently removed within 30 days (the window allows recovery from accidental deletion). To request immediate deletion, email aiomni@getaiomni.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights — and note that we do not sell or "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. EEA/UK residents (GDPR): our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, your consent (e.g., notifications), and our legitimate interests in securing and improving the Service. To exercise any right, email aiomni@getaiomni.com and we'll respond as required by law.
AIOmni is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
AIOmni is operated from the United States, and our service providers may process and store data in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
We may update this Policy as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
